MANTRA and RioDeFi are pleased to announce that the Parties have reached an amicable resolution concerning the various disputes between us. As part of this resolution, the Hong Kong Court has discontinued all legal actions brought by the Parties. The Parties wish to confirm that there has been no wrongdoing or misappropriation of assets by any of the Parties.

Furthermore, we acknowledge the contributions of James Anderson and Stéphane Laurent as original Co-founders and Council Members of MANTRA DAO Foundation, and Calvin Ng as a Co-founder of MANTRA DAO Foundation. The Parties remain committed to moving forward positively, fostering collaboration, and focusing on the continued development of their respective ecosystems.
